We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience in B2B sales within IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies, managing the full sales cycle, developing outreach strategies, and driving new business growth. Advanced English proficiency is required.

Main responsibilities:
- Identifying and acquiring new clients through outbound outreach, networking, and industry events
- Building and managing a sales pipeline from the first contact to long-term account growth
- Researching target accounts, refining ICPs, and creating personalized outreach campaigns
- Participating in industry conferences, meetups, and networking events for lead generation and relationship building (optional)
- Qualifying leads and conducting discovery calls with prospective clients
- Preparing sales proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals
- Monitoring pipeline performance, analyzing results, and continuously optimizing the sales process based on data
- Managing client relationships after the deal and identifying opportunities for account growth
Key requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager in an IT outsourcing/outstaffing company
- Strong understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), Buyer Personas, and Customer Profiles, with the ability to refine and adapt them based on market insights
- Experience building outbound outreach strategies and creating personalized messaging for target audiences
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Snov.io, or similar sales tools, or proven experience generating leads through conferences, meetups, and networking
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development processes
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales metrics and pipeline reporting
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, cold outreach, lead nurturing, proposal preparation, deal closing, and account management
- Spoken and written English at the Advanced level or higher
Nice to have:
- Previous experience as a QA Engineer, Business Analyst, or Project Manager
- Experience working with MCP or similar integration tools
