We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with 5 years of experience and conversational English to enhance the quality of the American HealthCare product.
The project: A software solution for pharmaceutical companies and laboratories that enables them to manage and interact with clinical samples during research.
Essentially, it is an internal system for conducting laboratory work, which allows users to:
- Record detailed metadata at various stages of laboratory testing procedures;
- Integrate with external systems to collect required data and metadata, which are later used during workflows or specific steps;
- Interact with a tool panel to display information about samples at different stages, assign samples to individuals, and track their status based on various metadata criteria (such as project, sponsor, material, analysis, reagent batch number, etc.);
- Manage storage and track samples within the system.
Tech Stack: Python, Django, Vue 3, AWS, PostgreSQL
Team: 5 backend developers, 5 frontend developers, 2 PMs, a UI/UX designer, an AQA engineer on the company’s side, and 2 technical specialists on the client’s side
Responsibilities:
- Manual testing of applications via the user interface
- Investigating current functionality and participating in the analysis of future features of the project’s applications
- REST API testing
- Creating and maintaining testing artifacts (test cases, bug reports, etc.)
- Active communication with the team and the client
We find important:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in manual testing
- Experience in testing web applications
- Knowledge of fundamental testing theory and key approaches
- Experience working in large teams (with 5+ developers) and/or on projects with a large functional scope
- Skills in writing test documentation
- Skills in using DevTools
- REST API testing skills
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the HealthTech domain
- Professional certifications
