We are looking for a Middle Automation QA Engineer for a telemedicine project with at least 5 years of web application testing experience and 2+ years in test automation, and conversational English at Intermediate+ level or higher
Project: A service for interaction between people with autism spectrum disorder and therapists. The online platform simplifies communication, goal setting, and remote monitoring. The platform is adapted for behavioral therapy programs and patient support. The service is available as a web application and a mobile version.
Stack: Vue 3, Firebase, Google Cloud
Team: 8 full-stack developers, 2 Manual QA engineers, and a DevOps engineer from Freshcode
Responsibilities:
- Writing automated E2E tests using Playwright
- Studying the project’s functionality
- Performing regression and performance testing
- Collaborating with developers and the project’s manual QA engineers
We find important:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in manual and automated testing of web applications
- 2+ years of experience writing automated E2E tests
- Strong JavaScript knowledge and hands-on experience with Playwright
- Understanding of client-server interaction and how browsers work
- Ability to use DevTools for testing (network, elements, etc.)
- Knowledge of fundamental testing theory and core approaches
- Basic understanding of databases
- Intermediate+ or higher level of English
Will be a plus:
- Experience setting up end-to-end (E2E) testing on a project from scratch
- Skills in testing mobile applications
- Experience with databases in the context of testing
- Relevant certifications
