Middle QA Engineer

We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in manual testing and strong English communication skills to join our US-based AI project in the Telecommunications domain.

The project: An AI-powered platform for telecom infrastructure management that brings together fragmented documents and data into a single source of truth and automates engineering processes. It helps companies involved in installing 5G modems on telecom towers significantly speed up operational processes and improve the quality of work with technical documentation. The system reduces time-to-revenue from months to days, enables operations to scale 10x, and ensures instant risk detection.

Team: Tech Lead, 2 Fullstack та Mobile developers, QA engineer on our side; VP of Engineering, Product Manager та 4 Fullstack developers on the client’s side.

‍

We work in 2-week sprints with regular releases and daily team meetings in English. The most active collaboration hours are from 4 PM to 8 PM (Kyiv time).

Responsibilities:

• Manual testing of web applications
• Creation and maintenance of testing artifacts (test plans, checklists, test cases)
• Analysis of requirements for new functionality
• Active communication with the team and the client

‍

We find important:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in testing
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of fundamental testing theory
• Skills in writing test documentation
• Experience with Bug Tracking Systems (Jira, Asana)
• Experience working with AI as a functional part of the system
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Will be a plus:

• Experience with automation (E2E testing)
• Experience with Playwright
• Experience in mobile testing
