We are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer for a telemedicine project, with 5+ years of experience in web application testing. Upper-intermediate proficiency in spoken English is required.
Project: A service designed to facilitate interaction between people with autism spectrum disorder and therapists. The online platform simplifies communication, goal-setting, and remote supervision. It is tailored for behavioral therapy and support programs.
The service is available as both web and mobile application.
Tech stack: Vue 3, Firebase, Google Cloud
Team: 13 Full-Stack Developers, 3 Manual QA Engineers, and 1 DevOps Engineer on our side, along with 30+ client-side specialists, including the CTO, Head of QA, and Head of Engineering.
Main responsibilities:
- Testing web and mobile applications
- Creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, checklists, test cases)
- Understanding the existing functionality of the project and analyzing requirements for new features (planning and designing with developers)
- Active communication with the team and the client, including interaction with Customer Support
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in manual web application testing
- Knowledge of fundamental testing theory and basic approaches
- Understanding of client-server interaction and browser operation principles
- Experience in writing test documentation
- Proficiency with DevTools (Network, Elements, etc.)
- Experience with databases in a testing context
- Experience with Bug Tracking Systems (Jira, Confluence)
- Spoken English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have:
- Experience in the healthcare domain
- Mobile app testing skills
- Practical experience or a desire to advance in Automation QA; knowledge of JavaScript
