Freshcode is a team of 150+ IT specialists working on socially significant projects with clients from Europe, the USA, and Australia.
We are currently looking for a Middle+ UI/UX Designer on a part-time basis to participate in outsourcing and outstaffing projects. The role involves the full cycle of Web functionality design: from analyzing requirements and user scenarios to creating a responsive interface in Figma and collaborating with the development team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and user needs to design practical and relevant solutions
- Research, design, and optimize user scenarios in close collaboration with the product team
- Use sketches and wireframes to identify requirements and validate concepts with stakeholders
- Design and develop interfaces for new Web system features in Figma: from basic concepts to the final responsive prototype with all necessary states, scenarios, and interaction variants
- Organize and develop a consistent UI Kit
- Work closely with the product team and developers
We find important:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer
- Experience working in service-based or product IT companies
- Experience designing Web applications from scratch: from idea to final interface
- Ability to work with business and user requirements, identify user types, roles, and their needs
- Understanding of user journey concepts and skills in designing them
- Knowledge of UX/UI guidelines and standards (e.g., Material Design)
- Proficient in Figma
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken English
Will be a plus:
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
- Experience with Agile, Lean UX, or Design Thinking approaches
- Experience working in startups
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
Interview stages:
